General Information

 

• All Teaching Artists (T.A.'s) must be registered vendors. This helps us ensure your commitment to attending the event, as well as provides you with a space to do your hands on projects (unless you are borrowing our MCAF Art Tent.
   

• If you are a T.A., please send your completed materials list to the MCAF team by July 31, 2025 if you are requesting items be supplied for your T.A. activities.

  • If your item requests are not turned in by said time, please bring your materials with you to the event as we may not be able to fulfill supply requests after due date.

• ​TA's and Demo artists will be provided a stipend for providing a pre-approved art activity that the attending public can take part in for the entire duration of MCAF. ​​

    ~Entire Event Hands on Activity (at your own booth): TBA​

    ~2-Hour Hands On Activity (In our MCAF Art Tent): TBA

    ~1-Hour Art Demo (In our MCAF Art Tent): TBA
