General Information

 

• All Teaching Artists (TA's) must register as vendors. This helps us ensure your commitment to attending the event and provides you with a space to do your hands-on projects (unless you are borrowing our MCAF Art Tent).
   

• If you are a TA and you did not fully complete your item request at sign-up, please send your completed materials list to the MCAF team by July 31, 2025, if you are requesting items to be supplied for your TA activities.

  • If your item requests are not turned in by the due date, please bring your materials with you to the event. We may not be able to fulfill supply requests after the due date.

• ​TAs and Demo artists will be given a stipend for providing a pre-approved art activity that the attending public can take part in for the entire duration of MCAF. ​​

• • Stipends:

    ~Entire Event Hands-on Activity/Demo (at your own booth): $150​

    ~2-Hour Hands-On Activity (In our MCAF Art Tent): $30 per hour

    ~2-Hour Art Demo (In our MCAF Art Tent): $30 per hour
