TA & Demo Artist Sign Up

Please fill out the information about yourself and your artwork needs, and we will reach out to you. We only have a small number of spots available for our Teaching Artist (TA) and Demonstrating Artist roles. We appreciate that so many talented and creative individuals are interested in MCAF!

FAQ:

You must be registered as a VENDOR at the Med City Art Festival 2025. The teaching/demos will take place inside your own booth area. To register, please sign up here:
Currently, teaching artists receive a $150 "Thank you" stipend and demo artists a $100 Stipend. If you choose to do a two-hour block in the MCAF tent, the stipend will be $30 per hour.
MCAF can provide you with the supplies required to do the art classes and community participation activities that we arrange to collaborate on with the TA artists. Please list below the needed materials to be purchased by MCAF If you would like to supply your own items, we can reimburse the value of the materials by presenting the receipts. Please indicate your preference below.

You do not need to be a Rochester resident to participate. This is a community event, and we appreciate artists from wherever you are..

Med City Art Festival will occur at Peace Plaza on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 10 am, in Rochester, MN.
