Sign up to be an art vendor! 

 

UPDATE 2024 

August 16th

​

  • Vendors are welcome to arrive as early as 8:30. The booth shall be ready for the public from 11 am and turn down at 6 pm.

  • The music show will start at 6:30 pm

  • You are free to leave at 6:30 pm or stay until 11 pm

  • After the music show started, the vendor cannot leave until we finished at 11 pm

 

 

General Information

 

  • Vendor fees are $60 for first-time artists & craft vendors, $50 for returning vendors, and $30 for loyal vendors (with us since 2019). 10 x 10" Booth (supply your own tent/canopy)

  • Limited number of vendors 

  • Booth locations decided by Med City Art Festival. Please go to Google Maps https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=1uRXmYnwtGf6JIO4K6LhipuuqEprlHCQ&usp=sharingand click + to enhance the map until you can see the business name or yours on it (if you cannot see it - click on top of the number - it will show it). 

  • The contract with the W-9 will be emailed to you.

  • If you didn’t give us your website or social media information, please send us 2-3 images of your work and logo to info@medcityartsfestival.org. We will use that information for publicity.

  • Your logo and images of your work will be linked to your website or social media.

  • We don't accept food trailers, only booths

  • Food vendors have to contact MCAF for additional information.
